Once a lead arrives, MSH starts a 24-hour timer. If no reply is detected from your team within that window, our AI reads the lead's context and composes a personalized follow-up, then sends it automatically from your connected Gmail account.
Yes. We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 for Gmail access, store tokens encrypted at rest, and never use your data for advertising. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By default, follow-ups are sent automatically to guarantee speed. You can preview and customize the AI message template, and you always have the option to mark a lead as 'replied' to stop the follow-up.
No installation is required. MSH Automate is a cloud service. You connect your lead sources and Gmail account through our web dashboard, and everything runs automatically.
If you or a team member replies to the lead before the 24-hour window ends, simply mark the lead as 'Replied' in the dashboard. The automatic follow-up will be cancelled.
