MSH Automate ("we", "us", "our") operates mshautomate.com and provides AI-powered lead automation tools that connect to your business accounts (including Google services such as Gmail) on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, company, phone number you submit through our forms.
  • Authentication data: OAuth tokens issued by Google when you connect your Gmail account.
  • Gmail data: only the messages, metadata, and send permissions required to perform the automations you explicitly configure.
  • Usage data: logs, IP address, browser, and interaction events for security and product improvement.

3. How We Use Google User Data

MSH Automate's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We access Gmail data solely to provide user-facing features you enable (e.g. reading leads, sending replies).
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security or abuse investigations, (c) to comply with law, or (d) when data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law.

4. Data Storage & Security

OAuth tokens and account data are stored encrypted at rest on secure managed infrastructure with row-level access controls. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and audited. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at privacy@mshautomate.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under strict data-processing agreements.
  • Authorities when required by valid legal process.

7. Your Rights

8. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
