MSH Automate offers a free trial that lets you explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. During the trial, you can use the core features subject to the limits shown on your dashboard. No payment method is required to start the trial.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. By subscribing, you agree that charges are final once processed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time during a billing period.
We may issue a refund in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical failures caused by our platform that prevent you from using the service for an extended period. Refund requests must be sent to info@mshautomate.com within 14 days of the charge date and include your account email and the reason for the request.
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our billing team. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in account suspension.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
