MSH Automate provides AI-powered lead-automation tools that connect to third-party services (including Google Gmail) on your behalf to help you capture, qualify, and respond to leads.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When you connect Google services, you also agree to Google's terms. You grant MSH Automate the permissions required to perform only the automations you enable. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Paid plans and free trials are described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including software and content we provide, is owned by MSH Automate and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSH Automate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where MSH Automate operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
